High-Performance Copper Tubing
Available in seamless copper tubes of 7 mm, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ OD, with plain or internally grooved configurations for enhanced heat transfer efficiency.
Wide Range of Fin Options
Manufactured with corrugated, sine-wave, louvered, or flat fins with rippled-edge profiles, available in bare aluminium, pre-coated hydrophilic aluminium, or copper, with fin densities ranging from 4 to 23 FPI.
Robust Casing Materials
Standard construction in galvanized steel (GI), with optional SS304, SS316, or aluminium casings to suit demanding operating environments and corrosion-resistance requirements.
Stringent Quality Assurance
Manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system with 100% pressure testing, submerged leak testing, and dry nitrogen charging to ensure reliability and leak-free performance.

These premium coatings provide a durable protective barrier against moisture, salt spray, industrial pollutants, chemicals, and other corrosive contaminants while maintaining excellent heat transfer performance. Applied using controlled coating processes, they ensure complete coverage of coil surfaces without adversely affecting airflow or thermal efficiency.
